Q: How long is the warranty of the tools?

A: 3 months to 2 years depends on the machine type. We provide factory technician support at all time. Each machine has its own serial number, warranty card is on the last page of instruction manual of each machine.

Q: Do you provide support marketing material?

A: We provide TEH polo shirt, caps, pens, books, shopping bags, etc.. and 4 different tools stands. Also, OEM is possible.
